Our Fast Food Restaurant franchise keeps growing and as a result, we're looking to hire Shift Restaurant Managers, and Assistant Restaurant Managers.
You will be responsible for managing and running the daily operations of a RESTAURANT while ensuring compliance with our company standards in all areas of operations. We offer a comprehensive training program.
As a Restaurant Manager, you are key to our business. You are responsible in managing your team along with operational and financial objectives. You will achieve sales goals, develop your employees, maintain retention, and ensure all systems are efficiently in place.
Required Skills

• Minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred), experience running shifts without supervision
• Required to work a minimum 5 day workweek including irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license and have your own transportation
• Will also consider Retail Management backgrounds or any other Restaurant Management experience as long as you have a desire to pursue a career in Fast Food Restaurant Management.

Desired Skills

• 3+ years Fast Food Restaurant Management experience or other QSR Management experience
• Experience with running shifts, profit and loss, and food cost reports a major plus

Pay $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 a year plus bonus for Assistant Restaurant Managers
