Restaurant Daytime Supervisor

Job Overview:

Hickory Hills Country Club located in Springfield, Missouri, boasting a premier golf and country club community is searching for a Restaurant Daytime Supervisor that will be leader with the energy, passion, and experience to manage our daytime a la carte dining services throughout the Club.

This position requires an organized individual who can interact with members and employees at a high level while multi-tasking through a la carte dining and banquets. Qualifications should include a minimum of 2 years of service operations and strong leadership skills. This position will be scheduled Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Essential Duties:

• Reviews and prepares daily reservations and banquets sheets to communicate to servers.
• Check all outlets before, during, and after shift for proper set up and cleanliness.
• Manages front of house staff during meal periods.
• Aids on floor during entire meal period ensuring adequate coverage.
• Ensure guests are satisfied by assisting with serving, seating, expediting, and communicating with the kitchen.
• Resolve guest complaints according to club policy in a professional manner.
• Check servers out with side work prior to ending shifts.
• Checks in daily to the Restaurant Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
