Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
- Must have minimum Associate's degree in respiratory therapy
- Respiratory Therapist license in Rhode Island
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- Experience with Trach Care and Ventilator Management in skilled nursing home, LTACH or hospital setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with residents and families
