Responsibilities:
The Highlands is seeking a Resort Services Ticket Agent to join our team. This front-line position involves selling tickets, season passes, bike park products, and adventure center activities such as horseback trail rides and off-road Segway trail rides. As a Ticket Agent, you will be responsible for answering guest questions, processing payments, and quickly troubleshooting any account issues. This is a part-time or full-time seasonal position with a flexible schedule, allowing you to enjoy many of the resort's perks.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests to the resort services area and the resort.
- Register and process guests for adventure activities and ski lift products using computer software over the phone and in person.
- Accept and process payments for various products.
- Know The Highlands website, products, services, promotions, and events, including a variety of pricing rates, discounts, special promotional days, and special events or happenings at the resort.
- Assist Guest Services in handling resort-specific questions, announcements, and delivery of pertinent information.
- Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion (inside or out).
- Ensure all guests have valid credentials and waivers for their chosen activity.
- Resolve conflict situations in a timely and respectful manner while providing excellent guest services in any circumstance.
- Contribute to the team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and the safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
- Experience with computers and/or Point-of-Sale systems
- Experience with cash handling
- Able to sit for long periods
- Able to work outside for long periods occasionally
