Residential Program Technician
Men’s and Women’s New Hope House
Part-time/full-time Residential Program Technicians to cover the evening, midnight, and weekend shift at our Women’s and Men's New Hope House Treatment Facilities located in Sault Ste, Marie, MI. High School Diploma or GED required. Candidate should demonstrate basic knowledge, experience, and/or willingness to be trained in substance use disorder treatment strategies, familiarity with residential treatment settings, and crisis intervention/de-escalation techniques. Must have empathy, listening skills, and strong organizational skills. Must pass criminal background checks.
