*** Our client is looking to hire a Residential Supervisor to join their team in the Springfield, MA area. Must have at least 2 years of experience and supervisory experience.
Schedules:
- Mon 130pm-11pm, Tues 130pm-11pm, Wed 930am-430pm, Sun 9am-11pm
- Wed 4pm-11pm, Thurs 130pm-11pm, Sat 9am-11pm
Responsibilities
- Transport clients to and from appointments and activities in a program vehicle when needed.
- Direct and coordinate new programs and major changes
- Monitor compliance for all required paperwork
- Participate in hiring and training of residential staff.
- working with children and teens within the program
- Willing to obtain CPI, CPR, and MAP certification
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 2-4 years' experience as a supervisor
- At risk youth experience
- Driver's license and reliable transportation required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- supervisory: 2 years (Preferred)
- at risk youth: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
