HIRING IMMEDIATELY- Residential Services Supervisor
The Arc Ontario of Canandaigua, NY, a Human Services Agency, is seeking to hire a* Residential Services Supervisor *for one of our locations in Ontario County. This is an exciting opportunity to move into a position that will develop you for management opportunities. This role provides oversight of day-to-day operations of the assigned residential home and provides supervision and guidance to their team members.
Residential Program Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support services to the individuals who reside at the house to assist individuals in having a fulfilling life.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the assigned residential home.
- Provide supervision and guidance to Direct Care Staff.
- Provide peace of mind to the families of the individuals.
- Adhere to all The Arc Ontario policies and procedures to promote the well-being and ensure safety of participants and the protection of their individual rights.
- Demonstrates the agency mission, vision and values.
- Attends all mandatory Education and Training as scheduled; obtains, and maintains all required certifications.
Work Schedule:
Varying Schedules Available Based on the Needs of the Program
Residential Program Supervisor Qualifications:
- Four years of relevant experience or an equivalent amount of education/experience
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Must be able to provide coverage of shifts as the need arises.
- Ability to work independently and motivate others.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Supervising experience: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
