Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will manage more complex or larger programs to ensure projects and goals are met and participants receive exceptional service. You will report to the senior director.
Primary Tasks:
You will organize and implement a creative, coordinated, home living program to be conducted in a dormitory on a seven day a week, 24-hour daily basis. The program will incorporate educational, psychological, sociological, and physiological aspects of human development to insure the academic, personal, and social development of boarding students.
Provide guidance to residential staff to ensure program goals and deadlines are met.
Coordinates the program budget and staffing requirements and ensures the program meets its reported goals.
You will manage daily program activities and ensuring program requirements are met.
Oversee administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations of the program.
Develop partnerships to share resources, expertise, and collaborate in developing and evaluating projects.
Create and submit required program reports and ensure grant compliance.
Maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date records per program requirements.
Monitor program activities to ensure adherence to tribal, federal and program policies, regulations, and goals. Oversee/work with youth.
Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- 1+ years experience with computers
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Five (5) years of experience program services or related.
