Job description
Reporting to the Director, Community Housing, the Residential Program Manager will oversee, in accordance with Maryland State's regulations (COMAR), well established residential unites for adults with developmental disabilities located in Howard County. This role requires an ability to relate well with staff and individuals served as well as family members. Facilitating and actively participating in Person Centered Planning for adults with Intellectual/Development Disabilities while collaborating with team members to assist individuals served obtaining their daily living and community integration goals is key to this role. Overseeing clients medical needs in collaboration in collaboration with the Delegating Nurse as well as insuring documentation compliance. This position will supervise Residential Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals.
