We have a unique and rewarding position available for a self-starter and highly motivated person within our property management company. We own and operate rentals homes in the Eastern suburbs of Cleveland and are looking for an experienced plumber to provide extraordinary service to our residents.
Retention bonus for this position is as follows:

• 90 days - $250
• 120 days - $250
• One year - $500

To be a successful in this position, you will need to be proficient in the following skills:

• Customer service

• Plumbing

• Carpentry

• Electrical (light)

• HVAC (light)

• Painting/drywall (light)

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to resident service requests

• Making necessary repairs to resident’s homes

• Performing preventative maintenance

• Answering and responding to after hour calls

• Turning homes to make them ready for new residents

You must have the following qualifications:

• A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle (a truck or van is a plus)

• Own your own basic tools

• Plumbing license

• Physical strength: ability to move appliances, climb stairs/ladders, lift, etc.
