Brower Mechanical, servicing the Sacramento, Northern California, residential and commercial HVAC market for over 40 years, is looking for a professional and team-oriented Residential Install Coordinator to join our growing team.

Job Title: Residential Install Coordinator
Location: Rocklin, CA 95677
Pay: $25 - $35/hr (DOE)
Schedule: M-F 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Benefits: 401K with up to a 4% employer match. Medical, dental, and vision–100% paid for by the employer, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Residential Install Coordinator Position Summary:
The Residential Install Coordinator is responsible for all correspondence, ensuring jobs are scheduled, permits secured, and daily conversations with Field Crews and staff regarding progress on each job. The Residential InstallCoordinator is also responsible for closing out each job by communicating with the customer, scheduling final inspections, submitting warranty information, and invoicing the job.

Residential Install Coordinator Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, particularly in HVAC or energy-related fields preferred
• Experience in a sales environment a plus
• Capacity to manage various projects and work tight deadlines
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use essential hand tools, meters, and other electronic devices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be organized with good time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
