Pay

• $57,000.00-$100,000.00/year
• $2000 Sign On Bonus for Well-qualified Candidates
• Hourly plus, Sales Bonuses, Sold Hour + Materials Bonuses, Turn Over Bonuses, Membership Bonuses

Responsibilities

You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience. Below are the essential job duties and responsibilities of this position:

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and parts and installation teams
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out
• Keep your truck inventory up to date
• Properly complete paperwork
• Join the on-call rotation
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
• Willingly get the proper certifications (We can help you with this)

Job requirements

• Driver's License and insurable driving record
• EPA refrigerant certification
• able to pass a background check
• NATE certs a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
