Sunday OFF
Monday8am-3:30 pm
Tuesday 8a-3:30pm
Wednesday 8a-3:30p
Thursday 8a-3:30p
Friday 8a-3:30p

Saturday OFF
Schedule is negotiable

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Residential Care Advisor is a Direct Service position which provides assistance and training to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and is directly responsible to the Supervisor. This position is designed to provide quality services as guided by Positive Practices, Person Centered Planning and is expected to operate with considerable flexibility, initiative and professionalism. The Advisor may need to have a direct caseload of 2 or more individuals in order to cover staffing needs . Expectation that staff will be expected to relocated as needed to meet minimum staffing at any program. In the event of unforeseeable emergencies, staff may be required to stay until relief arrives.
