DD Homes Network is looking to hire a Resident Services Director who is ready to start a stable, long-term career managing exceptional staff & caring for individuals with developmental disabilities in their own homes!

What does a Resident Services Director do?

· Develops, implements, and reviews the individuals’ program plans and progress

· Plans and participates in support meetings and activities for the individuals

· Maintains an open line of communication with supervisors and staff team

· Completes audits of individual case files, maintain case files, and ensure appointments and documentation are completed on schedule

· Directly supervises direct care staff team and manage staff scheduling

· Responsible for staff on-the-job training on an on-going basis

· Completes weekly and monthly home supply orders within budget

· Serves as a liaison to families/guardians, contracted programs, and the community

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or Related Field

· 1 Year of Experience Working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities

· Valid Driver’s License

· Clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
