Our Resident Care Aides and Certified Medication Aides are responsible for providing quality service to residents and their families, including care management, medication management, quality assurance, and compliance with State HFR standards.

Communication and teamwork with supervisors and other staff from all shifts, receive report regularly to fit resident care needs, including activities of daily living (eating, walking, bathroom assistance/hygiene, etc.) pharmacy, physicians, etc.
