Sign-on Bonus for Full-time!
Renville Health Services is looking for full Evening/Night Resident Assistants to work at Prairie View in Hector. Hours available would be:
Evening Hours: 2:45 PM to 11 PM
Night Hours: 10:45 Pm to 7 AM
Wages start at $15.00 / hr and DOE. Shift Differential for evening and night hours. Experience preferred but not necessary. We will train you!
Must be able to work every other weekend and every other holiday.
Part-time positions are also available and may qualify for a $1500 sign-on Bonus.

Job Summary:
The Resident Assistant's primary task is to ensure quality and safe delivery of home care services in our Prairie View Assisted Living facility. The Resident Assistant, under the direction of a licensed nurse, is to perform services for the tenant as necessary to maintain his/her personal comfort:
- Perform personal care activities.
- Assist tenants with ambulation, transfers and exercises as ordered.
- Administer medications and treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Report changes in the tenant’s condition and needs to the licensed nurse.
- Respond to tenant requests promptly.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in providing health and personal care services is desired.
