Responsibility
Establish and update server maintenance processes
Train and recruit server maintenance engineers and conduct performance appraisals for maintenance engineers
Monitor maintenance engineers' maintenance quality
Management of important maintenance materials
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in electronic, engineering, management, or electrical-related field.
2. Experience developing and executing repair center operation strategy
3. Experience in the electrical industry is highly preferred
4. A natural ability to think creatively and problem-solve
5. Ability to cultivate strong relationships in short periods with direct reports, colleagues, and suppliers
6. Great attention to detail
7. Strong organizational and time management skills
8. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment is key
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
