Job description

The key to this position is to perform priority repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner. Complete scheduled projects by the timeline and quality standards of the company. Effectively work with production, repair, and maintenance staff to maximize quality of work and productivity of the department.
DUTIES

• Perform scheduled repairs and equipment upkeep according to company and producer standards of high quality and cost containment
• Complete required documentation for repair orders, parts, and materials procurement, and customer communication
• Identify and implement improved equipment opportunities
• Repair and maintain all company and producer assets to the highest expectations
• Participate and contribute to the improvement process
• Work with other organizational departments with a high level of professionalism
• Vendor and subcontractor relations and communication

QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of varied maintenance experience and/or a two-year degree. Must have some knowledge with electrical systems. Welding experience is preferred, but not required. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Livestock systems experience preferred.

• Must have the ability to adapt time and efforts in priority areas, including accommodating to various daily hours, weekend availability, and on-call availability.
• Displays a high level of professionalism and customer service, including honesty and integrity.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Work within a team to promote excellence and achieve department goals.
• Highly motivated, able to work efficiently without direct supervision.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
