Darco Forming and Shoring, a division of Darragh Company, is seeking a Rental Services Billing Coordinator to join our team in North Little Rock, AR. The Rental Coordinator will direct and coordinate the activities engaged in renting forming and shoring products to customers by performing the essential administrative requirements from the beginning to the end of the rental cycle. Attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to handle multiple orders and customers at once a must. A strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and order processing software needed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares proper agreements for invoicing, specifying charges and payment procedures, and company and customer responsibilities for use of all materials required.
  • Confers with customers to ascertain amount of material required, duration of rental time, delivery date, and responsibility for maintenance and repair to determine rental or leasing charges
  • Completes all required paperwork required for order, places material orders with vendors, and works with customer to schedule pick up or delivery of orders
  • Maintains accurate inventory records of products in use and in yard
  • Works with coworkers to complete rental returns, assessing product condition, and ensuring billing reflects any damages and shortages

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or GED and three to six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word; inventory software, and order processing systems
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in an environment that changes often
  • Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers at all levels in a clear and professional manner
