Job Description
Syneren is currently seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) engineer with experience working with UiPath in a government cloud environment.
The RPA Engineer will develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology solutions potentially including Artificial Intelligence (AI) Cognitive Computing/Machine Learning (ML) and Chatbot in an agile Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) environment. The candidate must possess subject matter expertise in areas of UiPath, RPA, AI/ML, agile/scrum methodologies, and cloud hosted solutions environments. Capacity to evaluate existing candidate business process for automation suitability and innovate/develop concepts or visions through their implementation and execution is critical. Consistent with a senior position, nearly complete autonomy is expected, with reasoned judgment, experience and ability in forward planning, strategic thinking, problem solving, identifying synergies, and decision making in a highly visible, time-sensitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support of RPA/digital workforce development and support function includes management of all operational bots such as providing bot identities and credentials and addressing the following responsibilities:
- Create a generic and process agnostic framework to enable suitability assessment of any use cases in a consistent and structured manner
- Use process reengineering technique for operational process optimization
- Identify and document process flows and rules
- Robots development, test and implementation
- Support robotics logging, monitoring and auditing process and reporting
- Provide chatbot proof-of-concepts and document results and recommendations
- Evaluate use cases for Cognitive AI chatbot and create prototypes
- Robotics environment operations and maintenance
- Identify/document procedures for robotics credential application/approval
- Digital workforce process and security logs monitoring
- Digital workforce password change managing and monitoring
- Monitor and report Robotics behavior address ethical etc. issues promptly
- Conduct monthly robotics operations status report with stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree
- Two (2) or more years software development experience
- Experience with RPA and UiPath
- Past participation in agile/scrum SDLC implementation
- Must have strong written and verbal English language skills.

- Financial/Mortgage-Backed Security (MBS) software implementation/integration process knowledge and experience

Description:
Provide RPA engineering support to our government customer/MBS provider agency as a key member of our agile software development program team. Experience in establishing an RPA adoption roadmap and creating associated project deliverables and functional software Product Increments (PIs) from the ground up is desired.
** This position can be worked remotely at this time due to COVID-19. Moving forward incumbent may be required to work on-site in MD. as needed but working remotely is still authorized**
