Lincare, the nation’s largest supplier of in-home oxygen & respiratory therapy, is currently seeking call center sales representatives to work from the safety and security of their homes.

• All inside sales and no cold calling
• Inbound and Outbound Customer Service
• Bi-Weekly base pay plus up to $2,500 incentive a month – this is based on performance

Job Responsibilities:

• Increase sales volume by making/receiving phone calls from customers (120-200 average daily calls)
• Contribute to the departmental goal by accomplishing required contact and sales results

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

• Clear effective communication
• Medical industry knowledge beneficial
• Call Center Experience

Training and mentoring will occur virtually, where we strive to provide a comfortable learning and support system.

• Flexibility required for shifts available from 8 am EST to 8 pm EST

Hardware Requirements:

• Internet: high speed (min 25mbps), hard wired, < 50ms, < 5% deviation
• Processor: Intel Core or Intel Pentium >2GHz
• Memory: 4 GB+ of RAM
• Browser: IE, Chrome
• Operating System: Windows 10 or 11
• Monitor: dual monitors
• Sound: sound card installed (standard in most computers)
• Virus Protection: up-to-date anti-virus protection installed, always scan mode
• Headset: USB noise-cancelling headset
• Accessories: wireless mouse, keyboard, webcam
