About the Role

The Client Services Manager leads a team of subject matter experts supporting "Defined Benefits" Administration for clients.

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day functions, including people management and operational subjects.
• Driving innovation and efficiencies of business opportunities, applying processes improvements or new systems.
• Monitoring volume-driven trend activities to develop strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Responding to ongoing delivery queries and escalations. Providing resolution to a range of complex processes.
• Discussing open issues during client meetings.
• Engaging clients or vendors to gather requirements for applicable changes.
• Ensuring compliance, organizational policies and local regulations.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-client standardization.
• Ensuring routine maintenance and continuity plan updates.

Requirements

• Have excellent, day-to-day team management experience
• Have experience managing clients.
• Have experience gathering requirements from clients.
