Job Summary

Seeking a highly ambitious, career-oriented individual to work assisting in operating and selling units at our busy facility in Ashburn, VA; working days Saturdays 9 am - 6 pm - Sundays 10 am - 4 pm

Compensation and Perks

• $17.00 per hour
• $10.00 for every storage unit rented on days you work alone, which we estimate to equate to an additional $.50 -$1.00 per hour – bringing the combined potential equivalent compensation to between $17.50 and $18.50 per hour.

• Provides outstanding customer service including assessing and resolving customer queries and problems and professionally
• Effectively sells storage units to telephone, walk-in and email inquiries by employing the methods within our Call Flow Guidelines
• Completes leases and other documentation in a neat and orderly manner
• Reduces delinquent accounts through telephone, text and email contact
• Maintains exemplary curb appeal in both our office and throughout that facility, including sweeping units, cleaning hallways and disposing of debris

Qualifications and Skills

• Sales and marketing experience or mindset
• Passion for interacting with the public
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization skills
• Proficient with technology including CRMs, web browsers, and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous property management experience a plus
