Flexible Part-time to full-time schedule that works for you!
We are seeking Relief Direct Care to work at our many South Shore programs.
Relief staff can choose the hours and locations they work. Ideal for students, parents, or for a second income. We provide paid training for staff, and no experience is necessary.
Duties Include:
o Provide direct care support to the individuals served.
o Provide assistance and transportation for community activities
o Provide support, evaluation and treatment to achieve OT, PT, speech, nursing and behavioral objectives
o Develop skills such as self-care, communication, independence, safety and other activities of daily living.
o Complete general housekeeping tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shovel snow, laundry, shopping for household needs, etc.
Schedules: The diversity of RTR programs provides a variety of shift options. Relief staff are called to cover shifts on a per diem basis or may be pre-scheduled by Managers as needed.
Requirements: Minimum; High school grad/equivalent, valid driver’s license, at least 18 years old, basic computer skills.
