Greet all clients within 5 seconds of banking center entry- Actively refer/cross-sell to clients and log the referral
- Assist clients with recovery due to unauthorized transactions
- Create, re-pin, and issue debit cards for clients
- Initiate wires for clients
- Assist in handling/collection of returned checks and complete cash item spreadsheet
- Process night deposit bags, envelopes, mail deposits/payments
- Assist/oversee with opening/closing of cash vaults and banking center
- Stock, balance and audit TCRs/ATMs
- Meet daily courier deadline
- Enter information for account analysis for business clients that utilize the service
- Handle large sums of currency, coin and change orders
- Ensure accuracy of client CIF
- Order client checks and deposit slips
- Complete all tasks and trainings before deadlines
- Learn and comply with all established CFSB policies, procedures, and standards
- Perform other duties as requested by the Team Leader
