Responsibilities:
- Manages registrar and campus operations services to include student enrollment, classroom scheduling, and classroom maintenance activities that enable the NGC mission.
- Responsible for scheduling, administrative, and enrollment processing, HRIS/LMS support, analysis of NGC metrics, policy development and governance, operational support to instructors, and communications on training opportunities to the workforce.
- Oversees communications from the NGC to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) workforce, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community (IC), and the National System for Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG) on NGC policies and procedures, academic programs, and course offerings through all appropriate means and in close coordination with the Human Development Directorate (HD) Communications Lead, program and course managers, and the NGA Office of Corporate Communications (OCC).
- Develops communications regarding existing curriculum and newly created learning solutions to ensure that training opportunities are easily discoverable.
- Collects and analyzes NGC website requirements and explore different web interfaces, services, and software that may increase functionality.
- Monitors availability of IC training opportunities for NGA personnel and publicizes the opportunities through NGA marketing methods to maintain NGA workforce awareness. Coordinates NGA enrollments in IC training with other IC schoolhouses.
- Identifies NGA training opportunities for NSG personnel and communicates with registrars at other IC schoolhouses through all appropriate means.
- Confirms the clearance status of any non-NGA personnel attending NGA courses in coordination with NGA Security.
- Advises and assists NGA personnel via telephone, email, and in person with finding and understanding information on the NGC website and catalog.
- Follows-up with enrolled students by email for any course status updates, including for course information changes and cancellations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience in a registrar/student services functional capacity within a higher education institution. (IC experience preferred).
