This position will support our patients via telemedicine, working alongside our providers and support staff. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Respond to clinical triage communications
• Support patients with a person-centered approach, acknowledging the unique circumstances of the current pandemic and the questions/fears that arise
• Work as part of a cross-disciplinary remote team to triage non-COVID-19 related concerns as clinically appropriate (e.g., anxiety referred to Behavioral Health team)
• Work with non-clinical support agents who will handle standard agency (CDC, WHO, etc.) recommendations and Babylon in-app resource navigation
• Documents notes appropriately in the record of choice
• Review clinical cases with supervising physician as appropriate
• Support post-consult task i.e. communicating of lab results and follow-up with patient
• Assist in care coordination to ensure our patients are cared for in a timely manner
• Act as a resource for the broader care team within your scope of practice

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A Registered Nurse (BSN preferred) with 3+ years of experience in outpatient care, urgent care, or behavioral health
• Must hold a compact RN license PLUS be registered in California.
• Available and eligible for licensure in all 50 states. We will provide assistance in obtaining those licenses.
• Hardworking and detail oriented, with the ability to problem solve, reaching out for help/support, and function independently within your scope of practice.
• Ability and interest in learning new technologies to enable patient care
• Active licensure Compact and California license at a minimum upon hire
