Part-time positions with 32 hours every two weeks. Every other Tuesday, Wednesday and weekend 2pm-10:30pm.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Home Care RN is responsible for the direct supervision of care giving within the Assisted Living. Assures that tenants are treated with respect and dignity, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and fostering a home-like atmosphere The role of the Home Care RN is to ensure that the health and safety of all tenants are met. The Home Care RN will ensure that staff is trained in medical procedures and policies which are current and up-to-date. The Home Care RN will also ensure that the facility is in compliance with current regulations and standards. Must be able to relate professionally with tenants, staff, and family members, display a positive work attitude and be able to work as a team with other staff members. Interprets, implements, and carries out administrative policies and procedures; and analyzes and evaluates care provided.

EDUCATION:

• Graduate of an approved RN program required.
  

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years to 3 years at a minimum of Assisted Living, home care, and management experience.
  

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Registered Nurse (RN) Current licensure by the Minnesota Board of Nursing required.
• BLS Certification required.
  

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess demonstrated management skills. This includes, but is not limited to leadership, problem solving, communications, organization, and goal setting.
