Roseville Care Center (Plum Healthcare), is a 210-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility. Our wonderful staff provide a range of services that include wound care, short-term rehabilitation, and daily living care for long-term patients. We have full time respiratory therapists and treatment nurses to support you.

Requirements include verification of a valid RN license, current CPR

RN's

Our qualified RN staff work closely with patients and are responsible for medication administration, treatment procedures, carrying out physician orders, collaboration with Interdisciplinary Team members, assessment and observations of patients, and supervision of CNAs.

Direct the day to day functions of the Nursing Assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.

Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by this facility. Participate in facility surveys/inspections conducted by authorized government agencies as requested.

Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required. Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.

Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary. Note in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident’s response to the care.

Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.

Provide wound care and treatment as necessary / ordered.

Personnel functions including, but not limited to performing all tasks in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to protocol, policy and regulation; cooperate with inter-departmental personnel to ensure that nursing services are adequately maintained to meet needs of resident; meet with and communicate with nursing staff to obtain daily assignment and to report and identify problem areas / improvement of services.
