The Renaissance Retirement Community, an Eliza Jennings Community in Olmsted Township and a nationally recognized leader in person-centered care, is searching for RNs at its retirement campus, The Renaissance, located in Olmsted Township. The health center at the Renaissance has a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Rates:
RN: $31.00 - 35.00/hr based on experience. + Shift Differentials
The Renaissance is located 3 miles south of Great Northern Mall/480.
Hiring: Full-time, part-time and PRN
Hours:
6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. in our Skilled Nursing Facility
Partial shifts available based off schedule needs.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The RN CHARGE NURSE is responsible for direct nursing care to residents as well as supervising the daily nursing activities of STNAs in accordance with regulations and company standards to ensure the highest quality care at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility.
- Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnel.
