Jurupa Hills Post-Acute is a 143-bed skilled nursing facility located in Riverside, California. We specialize in short-term rehabilitation, wound care, pain management, and IV Therapy. SCHEDULE: 11p-7a

Location, Location, Location! We are located right off the 60 freeway, but not far from the 10 freeway either. Our staff can conveniently live in San Bernardino, Riverside, Corona, Rancho Cucamonga, and Moreno Valley. Plenty of parking in our spacious parking lot.

Position Summary: To promote patients health through compassionate patient care and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. To support the Nursing Department of the client-facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing SNF's, as well as the policies & procedures under the direction of the departmental heads to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.

RN Job Duties:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families

Pay: From $50.00 per hour and up [Let's talk! We value our nurses!]

Qualifications:

• Valid CA RN License
