Bilingual (Spanish) Registered Nurse (RN) Job DescriptionCare Finders Total Care LLC, a Modivcare Home care company in NJ is looking for a Per Diem Registered Nurse field nursing supervisor in our Trenton Branch. The RN field nursing supervisor is responsible to ensure quality and safe delivery of home health Care services such as supervising Certified Home Health Aides in a patient's home, evaluate the patient's plan of care and assess their physical and psychosocial needs.
Bilingual (Spanish) Registered Nurse Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care for patients requiring professional nursing service; provides patient and family teaching and supervises other members of the health care team. Each nurse performs nursing services in accordance with the physician's orders and according to acceptable standards of practice for a registered nurse per the state nursing practice act and under the direction of the Clinical Manager.
Bilingual (Spanish) Registered Nurse Position Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse NJ License
One-year professional experience as a Registered Nurse in the United States
Current CPR certification
Experience in Home Care Nursing Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred
