As a Home Health Clinical Manager, you will be an integral member of a nationally recognized Home Care Elite health care team. This position is responsible for managing and coordinating our interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high quality care and outcomes allowing our patients the opportunity to receive medical care required to stay at home.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current Unencumbered NJ RN License
- Graduation from accredited RN program
- Minimum 1 year supervisory /management experience in home care
- Minimum 1 year experience in providing direct patient care
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation required
- Valid NJ driver's license
- Bilingual a plus!
