Job description

Must have a current Mississippi license to be employed at the Agency. Providing quality hospice care to clients serviced within his/her scope of practice and role as a licensed and/or registered professional in regards to state in which practicing.. Coordinating and integrating the nursing service with other client care services to provide a continuum of care for the clients serviced. Ensuring that hospice services are provided to the client as specified in the hospice plan of care. Coordinating and participating in the overall plan of care and care plan of the client with other members of the Interdisciplinary Team.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
