A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
In this part-time dentistry position, you are vital to our practice's success! Always friendly, you greet every patient with a smile as you lead them back to the chair. You communicate with the patient about their oral hygiene routine, and you examine their teeth to check their overall oral health. Making note of any cavities or damage, you report the patient's condition to the dentist for follow-up.
As directed, you also take x-rays to get a full picture of the mouth. You document any care or treatment plans recommended by the doctor, and you offer patients advice on how to improve their oral hygiene. You take pride in helping others and bringing more smiles to our community!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
- Licensure in Michigan
- Passion for helping others

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
This part-time position typically works Thursdays from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, alternating Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and 1 Friday per month from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
