Job description

We are seeking Registered Behavior Technician for in home, afterschool hours Mon-Fri 2-5 or 6PM, and some add Sat 7 hours also . We pay a set hourly fee for employees that is not based on client attendance or availability of clients, so once we hire you, our RBTs are guaranteed their hours each week that they come to work. The guarantee for this schedule of 27 hours is 30 hours per week payable at 28.00 per hour. Guarantee for schedules of 22 hours per week are payable at 25.00 hours, 28.00 per hour. Some positions can be combines with an earlier young child to make a 35 or 40 hour week, but primary need is part time after-school of 25-30 hours. Benefits include PTO, sick leave, health insurance.

Our clients are mostly toddlers ages 2-4 years, but we also have other ages of after-school kids seen in the home.
