Become a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Affinity Autism Services! We are looking for applicants who know how to learn. You will be immediately immersed in a fast-paced technical learning environment. We will teach you skills and provide paid training that will allow you to provide in-home and clinic-based therapy for kids and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We need awesome people for our clinic in West Jordan.

You’ll change a life as you teach them the skills necessary for the best and most independent life ever! This position will include traveling and working one-to-one with children and their families in their homes. No worries: we pay drive time and mileage!

You will work closely with one of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts who will provide you the mentorship and support you need to be a great RBT!

Schedule: We have Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. full-time positions available. NO WEEKENDS! If you have questions about your availability, it will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation to multiple worksites
• Experience as a behavior technician preferred but not required
• Minimum 6 months working with children in some capacity
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
• Computer skills sufficient to collect and enter data and record session notes
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• High School Diploma or GED

Pay: $18.00 per hour
