As a B2B Regional Sales Manager, you will work to continuously develop relationships with existing clients in the Midwest/West region of the US. Through your drive and precision, you will play an integral part in creating new sales pipelines that grow this manufacturer's reach.

**This is a remote position, with frequent travel - must reside in the West or Midwest region of the US

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Service existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
  • Successfully promoting our window coverings, achieving maximum market saturation, and building brand awareness while maintaining the highest level of integrity throughout the West/Midwest region of the US
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business while aggressively expanding our market share
  • Utilize leading-edge data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize market share, sales, and profits through price optimization
  • Travel to and from client meetings through in-state and out-of-state travel
  • Work with the Managing Director to develop and execute a market strategy

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Experienced in B2B sales, preferably within Interior Window Coverings
  • Strong phone presence and rapport-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • PC literate, experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other
  • ERP software, Online Ordering, SalesForce, or other CRM software
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong work ethic with a passion to succeed
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Valid Passport and Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
