Regional Property Supervisor needed for an affordable multifamily portfolio of approximately 1,200 units in the Austin region. The position requires an experienced supervisor of multifamily assets, knowledge of tax credit and other affordable programs and YARDI Voyager software. As the Regional Supervisor, the candidate will oversee property operations and onsite teams. Skilled leadership is a must and financial analytics required. The person will have working knowledge on team building, oversight and general property operations. Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients and outside agencies. Accolade is looking for someone that can be a foundation to a growing portfolio in this region. All assets are newly built or soon to be in lease up. We are looking for a knowledgeble, experienced, energetic team leader!

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
