Ready Care Services of Michigan is seeking an energetic, compassionate and experienced Site Manager for our Independent Living Community.

Job Description:

As the Site Manager of our client services, you will be responsible for the following:

- Staff Scheduling.

- Travel from multiple Ready Care Locations providing staff and clients with support.

- Maintaining and verifying schedule for payroll.

- Maintaining and creating excellent relationships with building staff, clients and families.

- Overseeing client services.

- Ability to assist staff with client services.

- On call rotation to cover staffing gaps.

Qualifications:

o Management Experience

o Scheduling Experience

o Health care experience

o Excellent communication skills

o Excellent problem-solving skills

o Computer knowledge

o Medication Administration experience

o Reliability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Benefits:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

• West Bloomfield Township, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 5 years (Required)
• Case management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Leadership: 5 years (Preferred)
