What Will Your Job Look Like?
The Regional Liaison is a main liaison between Medical Transportation Management (MTM), facilities, participants, and transportation provider. The primary function assuring compliance with MTM guidelines and IDHW requirements and ensuring that MTM is providing customer service that meets or exceeds all performance standards established between MTM and the Client.
What You’ll Do:
Work closely and maintain a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor/Identify the Providers’ such as facilities, participants and transportation needs
Schedule site visits with the Providers that include stakeholders
Participate in planning and execution of Regional Provider meetings
Work closely with Quality Management Department to review trends in overall program services and address problem areas
Continued transportation provider support, including claims, system settings, credentials, inspections, meetings, etc.
Facility assistance and outreach
Partner with Community Outreach team based on region to address any concerns/questions
IDHW support, include escalated issues, trip requests, and follow-up
Trip recovery assistance to dispatch as needed
Other duties as assigned
What You’ll need:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Must possess a valid driver’s license
2 years’ experience handling Inbound and outbound calls
2 years’ handing conflict and complaint resolution

Medicaid experience, preferred
Some college preferred
Ability to handle a diverse group of people
Ability to handle multiple tasks and situations
Exemplary communications skills, both written and verbal
Ability to acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the MTM Transportation Services Agreement (including Guidelines and pricing) and MTM policies and procedures
Ability to acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Idaho Administrative Codes (IDAPA), General Medicaid Rules and Processes
Knowledge of Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel, Word, required and Access preferred
Previous experience in working in a supervisory or oversight position preferred
Previous experience in the transportation industry preferred

Hourly Rate: $19.00
