Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President Sales Operations, the Regional Business Analyst is a Sales Operations support role designed to provide performance visibility and actionable insights to the Sales and Business teams at Imperial Dade. The focus of this work will be partnering with the sales organization to advance sales productivity and effectiveness through the creation and implementation of innovative, data driven, analytical guidance. As a trusted business advisor, they will enable the sales team with the strategic resources needed to exceed growth goals and budgets.

The Regional Business Analyst will support Region Sales Leaders with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and provide insights on sales performance, trends, and KPI’s for the Region. Leveraging strong analytical skills, they will assist in developing and preparing sales reporting, dashboards, initiative trackers, and sales presentations for region leaders, presenting ideas internally and externally as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Be the leading sales analyst for a large region of sales leaders and salespeople (providing accretive business thinking).
  • Support the sales organization by monitoring sales trends, evaluating key sales performance indicators, and identifying areas for growth.
  • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reporting, including but not limited to, sales dashboards, sales pipelines, and sales initiative tracking.
  • Maintain PowerBI sales dashboards.
  • Create ad hoc Power BI reports based on needs of region/enterprise.
  • Collect insights from sales reporting and prepare executive summaries for review with Region VP Sales.
  • Communicate daily with sales leadership, specifically sharing reports/insights and demonstrating an ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and collection of sales opportunity pipeline reports and dashboards that provide a view into the leading indicators of ‘growth’ to sales leaders.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership and insights by analyzing sales pipeline performance across local and national account sales teams.
  • Administer tracking, reporting, and communication of key sales growth initiatives (i.e., cross selling).
  • Identify best practices (sales related) and technology solutions that can be standardized and scaled across the business.
  • Work closely with business partners to implement system, process, and reporting improvements for sales efficiency enterprise wide.
  • Support future CRM exploration, selection, and implementation (training sales team) efforts.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. / B.A.) in related area
  • 5+ years of related business analysis and project management experience
  • Progressive career in sales analytics
  • Proven record of supporting of sales operations and sales teams
  • Training experience (will be training sales leaders and teams on business analytics, systems and processes)
  • Passion for technology and analytics
  • Technology Capabilities:
  • Office 365 (High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and PowerBI)
  • MS SQL understanding a plus
  • CRM a plus
Work Environment:
  • This role is hybrid / remote, preferably within the South Region that it supports (GA, TN, FL) as some travel to regional offices will be required.
