Job Summary
Your mission statement is to support some of our largest contracts in Southern California. You will be joining a dynamic team that is responsible for the recruitment and administrative organization of our most important resource: the officers that we employ. We are seeking organized, enthusiastic and capable individuals who bring energy and dedication to their administrative support function – if you take pride in your work and you want to join a high-performing team, this job is for you, and we can’t wait to meet you!
Although this office’s main function is to recruit/coordinate the onboarding of new officers, no recruitment experience is required – just a great attitude and good administrative organization skills.
Responsibilities
- Partners with Office Manager as well as Operations Recruiters to lead candidates through the onboarding process
- Sets appointment for onboarding with employees and collects / verifies New Hire documents are complete; coordinates onboarding / ongoing training with other HR team members to meet success goals.
- Receives and responds to questions from applicants to facilitate navigation of talent acquisition processes, procedures, and programs.
- Initiates and facilitates appropriate processes related to hiring and onboarding to promote timely, effective filling of positions.
- Support other administrative tasks as necessary

- Time management and prioritization skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner.
