Job Summary

The Recruiting Manager will support the hiring needs of the various departments that support our field operations, including: Accounting, Facilities, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, Real Estate & Construction and Office Administration. The Recruiting Manager will work with each department to proactively prepare for hiring needs as our company grows and our needs change.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with department heads on hiring needs, both immediate and long-term
• Create and manage job postings for open positions
• Work with outside recruiting firms for roles which require additional expertise
• Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices
• Develop content and ads for WhiteWater’s website and social media
• Monitor data from our online recruiting platform and external hiring sources
• Work with operations (store-level) recruiting team to further develop hiring and retention skills

• Staffing experience across multiple verticals, particularly with salaried positions
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
• Experience dealing with professionals, managers and/or executives beyond providing clerical support
• Knowledge of Human Resources policies
• Knowledge of recruiting best practices, particularly in the Retail industry
• Basic understanding of employment law
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use online recruiting platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner to key stakeholders
• Attention to detail with superior organizational skills, passion for driving change, and a keen curiosity
• Strong communication skills to read, listen, understand, and communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner, both orally and in writing
