As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are part of the Resource Management and Talent Acquisition teams working on a high-volume of resource requests, offers, and transactions in support of the internal PeopleReady client. This role requires strong attention to detail and an extremely perceptive person, who can relate to individuals at all levels of the business.

Responsibilities :

• Tracking and monitoring resource requests and offers
• Facilitate employee data changes including salary, manager, location, cost center and title changes
• Assisting in confirmation letter creation for internal data changes
• Performing special projects and preparing reports for submittal
• Managing daily information and Smartsheet updates according to process
• Assigning Requisitions to Recruiters
• Providing information to the client as needed
• Participating in client meetings/ conferences
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and confidentiality

Requirements :

• Strong Microsoft Outlook skills and literacy in Excel and Word
• Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Highly detail oriented
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner
• Familiarity in working with deadlines
• Flexibility to move within Resource Management and Talent Acquisition as needed
• Understanding of Recruiting principles is a plus

Office work environment; Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods throughout the day. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
