Pay Rate: $16/hr
Typical Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
PrideStaff is expanding in the Brooklyn-Queens area to meet the demand for administrative, clerical, and light industrial professionals. Recruiting Assistants within PrideStaff are part of a sales, recruiting and placement team, and focus specifically on administrative, clerical, and light industrial recruitment and client development. PrideStaff Recruiting Assistants benefit from creating outstanding experiences with clients and job seekers through sales and recruiting efforts, and successfully matching talented professionals with top companies in the area.
Recruiting Assistant - Primary Responsibilities:
- To be the first person to answer incoming telephone calls
- To input accurately all necessary Field Associate information into Bullhorn.
- Administer pre-screen, applications, and assessments of Field Associates.
- To ensure quality service by handling Client and Field Associate matters courteously, properly, and efficiently.
- Schedule candidates for assessment and interview.
- Process employment verifications and documents in Bullhorn.

Recruiting Assistant - Additional Qualifications:

Education and Experience
- HS Diploma or GED is required for all employees
- ability to type 50WPM
- Satisfactory computer literacy in Word, Excel, and email software.
Language Skills
- Bilingual English-Spanish preferred
- Must be able to communicate English fluently in writing and verbally.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to make decisions of sound judgment according to company policy.
- Ability to deal with problems involving clients or employees.
