Job Title Recruiting Agent for JC Air Academy

Salary $1,000 - 3,000 Per Person you Recruit [ NO Limitations]

Location Remote + Work from Home

Our Company JC Air Academy is a flight school based in Stockton, California. We have been in business for 20+ years, and are currently looking to expand our market outside of South Korea. We are currently partnered with Sky West Airlines, Asiana Airlines, T’Way Airlines, and Top Aviation Colleges in Korea and Uganda.

Job Purpose I. Your assignment as a Recruiting Agent will be focusing primarily on a country where you know individuals + know how to speak their language to a level where you can hold a conversation. (ANY country). This is all done online on the country's main form of Internet access (Example: USA is Google, Korea is Naver, etc) or by a 3rd party app (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc).

Your job will be to recruit as many people as you can, both internationally (HIGHLY preferred) and domestically. You will be paid your commission fee for admission and then once the student that you have recruited receives their Graduation Certificate for a Rating from JC Air Academy.

Job Purpose II. For every Rating the student completes (Private License, Instrument License, and Commercial License); You will receive a commission of $1,000 USD per Rating the student passes ($1,000 minimum - $3,000 maximum PER student). You will be paid $500 at the beginning of the enrollment stage and another $500 when the student finishes their Rating (on average takes around 3-4 months). This process will be repeated for every Rating the student completes, so in total, an individual can receive $3,000 in commission for one student.

Commitment There will be a nonbinding agreement: Referral Agreement, signed between the Recruiting Agent and JC Air Academy. Please note, that you are not restricted to working another job as a Recruiter for JC Air Academy. There is no X amount of students the Recruiting Agent is expected to meet every month, nor a limit to the number of students. However, the commission price will be increased accordingly to the correlation with the Recruiter’s proficiency in their job.

Requirements

• The Recruiter can be from inside or outside the United States.
• The Recruiter MUST be fluent in the language to the level where they can have a conversation, I will be assigning 2-4 Recruiters per country.
• No prior experience or knowledge in aviation is needed, I will train you over a Zoom call and give you all the necessary documents.
