Job Responsibilities:

• Sales a must
• Provide superior customer service to candidates and customers throughout the recruitment process
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand client business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions.
• Conduct recruitment campaigns with high ethical standards, ensuring best match for candidates and maximum client retention
• Partner with marketing department to craft and share creative, effective job postings.
• Attend various recruitment events including: career fairs, professional organization events, school visit, etc.
• Maintain recruitment contacts and records through an applicant tracking system
• Maintain contact with past and future candidates for employment gained through recruitment events, job fairs, social media, schools, past clinical students, website contacts, etc.
• Schedule and participate in interviews, client visits, interview follow-ups, conducting reference checks, preparing and presenting offers of employment, negotiating hire details, and collecting employment contracts.
• Coordinate pay rates for candidates and rates for clients.
• Make telemarketing call to potential clients to generate business.
• Go out on cold sales calls to generate business.
• Prepare marketing packages for potential clients.
• Maintain activity reports for productivity verification.
• Work on special projects as required
• Work with clients to mitigate and resolve employee relation issues.
• Use the system for research on candidates and clients.
• Agreements and rates with client.
• Hiring and release of candidates.
• Counselor employees and follow up once hired.
• Ensure all verbal and written communications are accurate, clear, concise and professional
• Participate in weekly sales meeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
