Coordinates activities necessary to recruit qualified and diverse candidates. Uses appropriate external means to attract and source for assigned business units, Acts as a champion of Thrive’s employee value proposition when attracting and recruiting talent.
The successful candidate will be in the American Fork, Utah or Modesto, CA area.
Key Responsibilities:
Creates and maintains a robust, effective candidate pipeline to ensure a constant flow of high-quality leads spanning multiple levels and disciplines- Attracts and sources an inclusive candidate pool from a variety of appropriate internal and external channels
- Generates candidates directly from a variety of sources, conducts screening interviews, and determines viability to refer to the hiring manager
- Maintains current, accurate applicant flow information and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System
- Represents Company at recruiting and networking events
- Provide peer coaching and mentoring to other Recruiters
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field or 4+ years of HR or recruiting experience in lieu of a degree- Minimum two years of HR, recruiting and/or sourcing experience required
- Recent high-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, researching candidates, and diversity sourcing techniques
- Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/working with business partners and stakeholders
- Previous experience operating in an applicant tracking system
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ADP- Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other similar sourcing tools
