WestPoint Financial Group is seeking an experienced recruiter to source talented candidates for the commission-based financial advisor role.

Responsibilities:
- Identify candidates through traditional sources and digital channels
- Conduct initial interviews with candidates and sell dynamic career in financial services
- Develop and meet Centers of Influence as potential referral sources
- Source eligible candidates through community service, digital channels, and universities
- Follow through the established recruiting and interview process
- Work with your WPFG colleagues to onboard new hires
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates for future positions
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidate has 2+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Commission-based job placement experience is a must
- Preferred candidate will have knowledge of financial services industry
- General knowledge of current employment laws
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Able to travel for recruiting meetings, college visits, job fairs and other events
